In April 1998 the Vedic Academy moved to the present premises
in Saxonian Switzerland, which is a national park in Germany
40 km away from Dresden. The house itself is built in the
woods, on a cliff near the Elbe river.

The Burg Schöna is equipped with a seminar
room and a library which is opened for all the students.

The work of the Vedic Academy is organized in three circles,
the centre of which is the endeavour for self-realisation
and God-realisation.
The outer circle refers primarily to connecting the scientific
and medical research with the spiritual knowledge of the Vedas.
The result of this research is documented in various books,
publications, articles and videos.
In
April 1998 the Vedic Academy moved to the present premises
in Saxonia, Germany. The main emphasis started to shift to
the middle circle which deals with the practical application
of Vedic knowledge in the fields of health (Ayurveda),
architecture (Vasati) and Vedic astrology (Vedic
Astrology). Since then not only many publications and
text-books were published, but also numerous practical remedies
for improving the living and life quality were developed.
A complete educational system in form of study and correspondence
courses finishing with a diploma supply the knowledge necessary
for applying Vasati, Astrology and Ayurveda for private as
well as professional purposes.
Since 2004 some of the courses can be certified by the Florida
Vedic College, giving the possibility to earn the masters
and doctorate degrees. At the same time, an effort has been
made to enable studying our courses online, thereby
reaching wider circles of people interested in Vedic Studies.
The existing courses and seminars will continue to be held.
The inner circle of is a life of practical spirituality and
Bhakti Yoga.
