Experience and Creativity Tools

The Vedanta Department has developed different tools, with the fundamental task to make Vedic concepts and ideas realizable and to foster creativity.

The Tools are organized according to the different aspects of reseach.

1. Triguna
• the Vedic Personality Index for determination of one’s guna profile
• forming one’s life according to the criteria of the triguna system
• developing proper motivation in life
2. Karma & Dharma
• a comprehensive astrological analysis
• locating one’s life position (personality analysis)
• tools for transforming one’s karma
• adjusting one’s goals (svabhava meditation)
3. Atma
• confrontation with death (overcoming fears)
• vipasana meditation (“I am not the actor”)
• body-mind-soul meditation
4. Paramatma
• the inner connection and guidance (inspiration)
• guided meditation on the Supersoul
• prayers
5. Samadhi: The fivefold sadhana of pancanga-bhakti:
   1. association with virtuous persons
   2. living according to the Vedic scriptures (esp. Bhagavad-gita and Bhagavat-purana)
   3. spiritual ceremonies (offering food, performing ceremonies before the altar and the Deity)
   4. meditation und prayer upon the maha-mantra
   5. pilgrimage, or creating a place of spiritual power
